SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Times
Moon Woven Mysteries is a handmade business, and many items are created, customized, or intuitively curated specifically for each order. Because of this, processing times may vary by product.
Please refer to the individual product listing for any specific processing information. Processing time is the time needed to create and prepare your order and does not include shipping transit time.
Shipping Rates
U.S. orders are shipped at a flat rate of $7.99.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has been completed and packaged, it will be shipped using the selected carrier. Standard shipping is generally estimated at 3–5 business days in transit after the carrier receives your package.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of Moon Woven Mysteries’ control may affect delivery times.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update tracking information after your shipping label is created.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact support@moonwovenmysteries.com as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.
Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.
Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, is marked delivered but cannot be located, or arrives damaged, please contact support@moonwovenmysteries.com so I can help determine the appropriate next steps with the shipping carrier.
For items that arrive damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging.
Shipping Area
Moon Woven Mysteries currently ships within the United States. International shipping is not currently available through the website.
