RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Because Moon Woven Mysteries creates handmade, made-to-order, customized, and intuitively curated items, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted for change of mind, color/design preferences, or the natural variations that come with handmade items.

Mystery and fate-guided items are intentionally created with an element of surprise. Purchasing these items means you understand and accept that the final colors, materials, embellishments, or designs may vary from examples shown.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact support@moonwovenmysteries.com within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. I’ll work with you to make it right.

CANCELLATIONS

Because work and preparation may begin shortly after an order is placed, cancellations are not guaranteed. If you need to request a cancellation, contact support@moonwovenmysteries.com as soon as possible. Once work has begun on a handmade, customized, or intuitively curated order, it cannot be canceled.

SHIPPING ISSUES

Moon Woven Mysteries is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact me so I can help determine the appropriate next steps with the carrier.
